Not a surprise....the days of showing kids a movie at school are long gone...the only way legally to do it is to show the movie in short segments, like 7 minutes or something like that. I think that even affects movies in public domain. I'd like to know how they plan to enforce this home theatre thing...asinine as it is, I can see how it is going to get a lot of legitimacy in a courtroom.

It turns out that it is a true statement.
As far as educational use goes, I heard a report this week that gives the ok for educational use.
There are stipulations, but at least the MPAA won't haul your ass off to jail.
